Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven professional to promote and sell the company’s products/services to potential customers over calls. The ideal candidate should have tele-sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to close sales by understanding customer needs.


  • Promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective customers through tele calling.
  • Understand customer requirements, explain suitable offerings, and close sales effectively.
  • Learn the company’s products/services and clearly explain benefits to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including calls, follow-ups, lead status, and deal closures.
  • Share regular updates with the Team Leader on performance, progress, challenges, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, especially related to packages/services offered.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of tele-sales experience (mandatory).
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and focused on achieving sales results.
  • Ability to work under sales pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Understanding and ability to sell packages/services, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Strong follow-up and closing skills.
