Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Aurangabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting product offerings effectively to potential clients. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of marketing and sales strategies. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with other team members to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and lead generation
- Proficiency in client relationship management and strong communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales trends
- Understanding of marketing and sales strategies with skills in negotiation and persuasion
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Self-motivated and resourceful, with an ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
