Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with minimum 1 year of

experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate must have their own vehicle (mandatory) and

a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role involves client acquisition, relationship

management, property presentations and closing deals.


Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through various channels ( cold calls, site visits, etc.)

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

Arrange and conduct site visits, property showings and project presentations

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay updated with market trends, competitors and property values

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion

Handle post-sales documentation and support


Requirements

Minimum 0.5 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

Own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Strong client handling skills and ability to close deals

Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market (preferred)

Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsPerks and Benefits
