Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, managing property listings, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day activities include liaising with potential buyers and sellers, conducting market research, preparing property presentations, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets. The role demands a proactive approach to achieving business growth strategies while representing the values of Save Max Real Estate.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and negotiate effectively
- Real estate knowledge, including understanding market trends, property listings, and investment opportunities
- Proficiency in customer service and client management with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to conduct market research, develop sales strategies, and achieve targets
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools to manage property listings, communication, and data
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry or sales is an advantage
