Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Promote and sell ophthalmological products to hospitals and other healthcare institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, regulatory, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business growth.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend conferences, and support business activities.
The OT attendance is must a minimum of ten days a month if surgical sales is allocated.
