Job Title: Sales Executive - PSU (Central /State PSU's Govt)

Location: Delhi/NCR region.


We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Sales Professional to drive new business growth across the PSU (Central /State PSU's Govt) sector.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead sales efforts in the focussed PSU.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior bureaucrats, officials, and decision-makers to influence and drive sales.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of tenders, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Build and manage relationships with key OEMs and partners to develop joint strategies for winning business.
  • Provide strategic input and insight into market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, bids, and other documentation necessary for projects.


Skills & Experience


  • Proven experience of closing large business opportunities in PSU during the last 3 financial years.
  • At least 10-12 years of overall sales experience with a minimum of 5 years specifically in PSU sales.
  • Must have worked in a System Integration company, with deep familiarity in selling IT solutions to PSU.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, including familiarity with tenders, procurement policies, and contract management.
  • Proven relationships with senior officials and key OEMs.
  • Should be able to drive conversation with consulting and advisory bodies to identify new opportunities and drive them to closure.
