Job Description

We’re looking for sharp, driven Sales Executives to help us scale our client base across DTC and e-commerce brands. This is currently a hybrid role, but we’re specifically looking for talent based in Pune for occasional client-facing needs.



What You’ll Do

  • Drive end-to-end sales: prospecting → pitching → closing
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across DTC/e-commerce
  • Understand client needs and position our performance marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals & pitches
  • Track activities and outcomes in CRM
  • Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets



What You Need

  • 1–4 years of sales experience
  • Experience in DTC, performance marketing, or agency setups is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics
  • Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be based in Pune
