Job Description

  • Generatessalesandhitsmonthly/quarterlyquota.
  • ProvidesclericalsupporttotheSalesManagerbyattendingbiddingsandsales-relatedmeetings.
  • Maintain proper business relationships with clients, in-house architects, and project managers through assistance on clerical tasks and inquiry resolution.
  • Preparesvaryingdocumentsrelatedtosales operations, including job orders, sales reports, and client status records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinanyfield
  • Atleast1yearofSalesexperience,preferablyintheconstructionindustryorB2B
  • Productandindustryknowledgeinconstruction
  • Abilitytoconductmarketresearch&salespresentation
  • Excellent time management, customer relation management, negotiation, and presentation skills
