Position Title : Sales Executive – Real Estate Sales
Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales for our off-plan properties. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, guiding them through the purchasing process, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, providing them with detailed information about available properties, pricing, and payment plans. Sales Process Management : Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Market Knowledge : Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients. Lead Generation : Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, digital marketing, referrals, and cold calling. Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager. Documentation : Assist clients with required paperwork and coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure timely completion of sales transactions. Client Follow-Up : Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback, while identifying opportunities for referrals and repeat sales. Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance, pipeline, and market conditions. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, accounts, legal, and administrative teams to ensure smooth handovers and project promotions. Qualifications :
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Knowledge of the local property market and off-plan sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset. Fluency in Arabic and other languages is an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time
