We are seeking a results-drivenSales Manager to lead sales initiatives and directly contribute to revenuegeneration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Promote and sell Rockland’s real estate projects to both local and international clients
  • Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to convert leads
  • Negotiate terms and close deals confidently and professionally
  • Maintain a pipeline of active prospects
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs
  • Monitor sales performance and report insights to management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
