The ideal candidate should:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen and negotiation skills in real estate, construction, or design-led projects.
- Be smart, adaptive, and comfortable using AI tools (CRM systems, lead analytics, automation tools, digital marketing platforms) to enhance sales productivity.
- Have a good understanding of real estate development, architectural services, and construction workflows .
- Be client-focused, proactive, and capable of managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Have strong presentation skills to clearly explain design concepts, value propositions, and project benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in real estate sales, construction sales, architectural services, or allied industries .
- Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects, preferably in Pune or similar urban markets .
