Job Description
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active lead generation efforts.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, goals, and solution requirements.
2. Sales Execution
- Present and sell software solutions to prospective customers using a consultative approach.
- Conduct product demos in coordination with technical/pre-sales teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
