Job Description

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through active lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges, goals, and solution requirements.

2. Sales Execution

  • Present and sell software solutions to prospective customers using a consultative approach.
  • Conduct product demos in coordination with technical/pre-sales teams.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
