Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition—preferably within recruitment, staffing, HR, or BPO domains.

This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality candidates, students, or clients seeking job opportunities and recruitment services in the US market. The Senior Sales Executive will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and optimizing sales strategies.
