About the Role:
NeevIQ is seeking a high-agency sales professional who bridges the gap between Structural Engineering and US Business Development. We need a system-oriented thinker who understands the nuances of Tekla/CAD RC projects and can translate that technical expertise into revenue.
Core Competencies:
- Deep Structural Knowledge: Hands-on exposure to structural projects (Tekla, Revit, CAD RC) is non-negotiable. Must be able to read technical requirements.
- System-Oriented Sales: Ability to build scalable prospecting engines and manage a rigorous pipeline.
- US Market Veteran: Direct experience selling to US-based General Contractors, Structural Engineers, and Fabricators.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales: Prospecting, Solutioning, Negotiating, and Closing.
- Translate complex structural requirements into winning proposals.
- Maintain high-velocity activity in CRM and represent NeevIQ at industry events.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred).
- MBA in related field (preferred).
- 3–6 years in International Sales (US focus mandatory ).
