Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Meet and assist potential customers for site visits and property tours
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and build strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Trivandrum real estate market is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
