Responsibilities
- B2B client acquisition: Identify and engage corporate clients, SMEs, and organisations that can benefit from WSQ training.
- Sales & business development: Support go-to-market plans and execute sales activities to drive enrolments and partnerships.
- Client meetings & presentations: Run face‑to‑face and virtual meetings with HR, L&D and business leaders to showcase WSQ training solutions.
- Lead generation & pipeline management: Build and maintain a simple sales pipeline via networking, cold calls, referrals and events; keep records updated.
- Solutioning: Understand client training needs and recommend suitable WSQ courses.
- Grant & funding advisory: Share high‑level guidance on relevant funding (e.g., SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit, Skills Development Levy) and assist with applications where required.
