We're scaling fast and looking for hungry, experienced closers to join our team.
As a Sales Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle from discovery call to close. BDRs book qualified meetings for you - your job is to convert them into paying clients. This is a closing role and a prospecting role.
• Run 6-10 discovery calls per day with pre-qualified prospects
• Present our service, handle objections, and close deals
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accuracy and discipline
• Send proposals and follow up to close
• Hit monthly targets: 20+ deals closed.
• Work closely with BDRs to ensure lead quality and feedback loop
Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years B2B sales experience in a closing role (not just lead gen)
• Track Record: Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
• Skills: Confident on video calls, sharp objection handling, consultative selling approach
• Tech: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM experience
• Mindset: Self-motivated, competitive, resilient - you thrive on targets
• Bonus: Staffing, recruitment, SaaS, advertising, marketing, or professional services experience a plus
