Job Description – Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive , you will work on the ground to directly engage with customers and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities include:

✔ Conducting daily field visits in assigned territories to meet potential and existing customers

✔ Promoting and selling company products/services through face-to-face interactions

✔ Explaining product features, benefits, pricing, and policies in a simple and convincing manner

✔ Generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales effectively

✔ Maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

✔ Collecting customer feedback and sharing market insights with the team

✔ Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

✔ Maintaining basic sales records and updating customer details
