Role Overview
We are looking for a B2 C Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and result-oriented. The role involves connecting with leads over phone calls, understanding learner requirements, counseling them on suitable course offerings, and converting leads into enrollments.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy conversations, persuasion, and achieving targets in a fast-growing edtech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound & outbound leads via phone calls and follow-ups
- Counsel learners on Growcline’s IT & SAP course offerings
- Explain course structure, benefits, fees, and career outcomes
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM or tracking systems
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth learner onboarding
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with telephonic sales and counseling
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle objections and close leads
- Experience in edtech or B2 C sales is a plus
- Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- High incentives on successful lead conversions (no cap)
