The Sales Governance Business Partner acts as a strategic enabler for the B2B Sales organization, ensuring governance excellence, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment to drive revenue growth, mitigate risks, and enable sustained performance. This role partners closely with Sales leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, reinforce accountability, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Alignment & Execution
Partner with B2B Sales leaders to cascade strategic objectives into measurable action plans.
Monitor execution progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend course corrections.
Governance Framework & Compliance
Lead governance forums, quarterly reviews, and operational checkpoints.
Ensure compliance with governance standards, sales policies, and risk management requirements.
