Monday – Saturday | 10 AM – 6 PM
Crivey is a UGC marketplace where brands get high-converting ad creatives from top creators.
We work with D2C brands across India & the US and help them scale through performance-first content via Crivey Portal .
Now we need a killer closer + relationship builder to own revenue.
You will own the entire sales lifecycle :
Inbound Lead → Conversion → Onboarding → Retention → Upsell
This is a revenue role , not a support role.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Closing deals
- Managing brand relationships
- Reducing churn
- Growing account value
- Handle all inbound leads from ads & organic
- Qualify brands (budget, intent, fit)
- Pitch Crivey UGC solutions
- Close brands on monthly or campaign packages
- Follow up aggressively but professionally
- Onboard new brands smoothly
- Run weekly performance & feedback calls
- Understand brand goals and scale their UGC output
- Ensure creator delivery & satisfaction
- Reduce churn and increase LTV
- Upsell additional creatives, creators & packages
- Identify expansion opportunities inside accounts
- Turn happy clients into long-term partners
- Maintain CRM hygiene (lead status, follow-ups, deal stages)
- Track conversion rate, close rate, churn
- Share weekly sales & retention reports
- Build scalable sales SOPs
- Strong experience in B2B sales / account management
- Comfortable with closing inbound leads
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Experience handling brands or agencies is a big plus
- Obsession with follow-ups and relationship building
- Strong ownership mindset — revenue is your responsibility
