Role Description

This is a part-time, commission-only, remote role for a Sales / GTM representative at CtrlShiftAI. As a Sales / Go-To-Market specialist, you will drive sales efforts, generate leads, and build relationships with prospects to promote the company’s offerings. You will conduct outreach to potential clients, provide consultations, and deliver effective sales pitches. Your responsibilities will also involve customer engagement, collaboration with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training and build strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying and capturing business opportunities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Prior experience in a commission-based role is advantageous
