    Job Description

  • Drive Sales strategy for India and Export Markets
  • Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term commercial agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • 15 to 20 years of sales experience in automotive components, preferably in lightweighting, sheet metal, or related domains.
  • Strong background in managing OEM and Tier-1 accounts.
  • Experience in both Indian and export markets is essential.
  • Technical understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and product development cycles.
  • Education- , MBA an added advantage.
