Sales Manager – B2B(HORECA & Institutional Accounts)

Location:  Mumbai (strong local network preferred; should be open to travel)

Reports to:  Director - Operations

Experience:  5–8 years in B2B food/HORECA/Institutional 

Qualification:  Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business

Salary range:  15-18 LPA


Role Overview

The Sales Manager – B2B (HORECA) will drive business growth by building deep, trust-based relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, QSRs, caterers, and institutional buyers., Success depends on preference building, product trials, chef engagement, and long-term partnerships.

This role requires a strong on ground presence in Mumbai/Maharashtra, high quality interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence chefs, kitchen heads, procurement managers, and business owners through product understanding and demonstrations.
