Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with thecompany's overall goals and objectives.
  • Work with marketing team to align sales strategies withproduct and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed salestargets and objectives.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales plansto capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers andpartners.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to the executiveteam.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market,competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to helpthem achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain sales metrics to measure performanceand identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in executive-level decision making andstrategic planning.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at everystage of development.
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largestdeals.
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meetyour sales objectives.
  • Should be able to build trust with the investor.
  • Qualification & Skills :

  • MBA Sales &Marketing from top business schools.
  • 12 + years of experience in sales, with at least 7+ yearsin a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding salestargets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skillsand team building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategiesfor a high-growth company.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintainrelationships with key customers and partners.
  • Ability to travel whenever needed.
  • Language proficiencies with Hindi and Telugu/Kannada aremust.
