Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies that align with thecompany's overall goals and objectives. Work with marketing team to align sales strategies withproduct and marketing initiatives. Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed salestargets and objectives. Identify new sales opportunities and develop sales plansto capitalize on them. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers andpartners. Provide sales forecasts and reports to the executiveteam. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market,competitors, and customer needs. Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team to helpthem achieve their full potential. Develop and maintain sales metrics to measure performanceand identify areas for improvement. Participate in executive-level decision making andstrategic planning. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at everystage of development. Evangelize the product and personally help close largestdeals. Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meetyour sales objectives. Should be able to build trust with the investor. Qualification & Skills :
MBA Sales &Marketing from top business schools. 12 + years of experience in sales, with at least 7+ yearsin a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding salestargets. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skillsand team building skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience in developing and executing sales strategiesfor a high-growth company. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment. Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintainrelationships with key customers and partners. Ability to travel whenever needed. Language proficiencies with Hindi and Telugu/Kannada aremust.
