Role Overview

Docterz Health Tech is hiring a high-performance Sales Head to aggressively scale our inside

sales operations. This role is for a leader who thrives on targets, conversions, and revenue

ownership, and who can build disciplined, demo-driven sales teams in a fast-growing

environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Take complete ownership of revenue growth and sales performance

● Build, execute, and optimize sales strategies and execution plans

● Who has experience leading and managing 100+ member inside sales teams

across multiple channels

● Drive excellence across the demo-based sales funnel (lead β†’ demo β†’ closure)

● Set aggressive targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks

● Create and enforce sales SOPs, scripts, objection-handling, and closing playbooks

● Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, pipelines, and forecasts

● Improve lead utilization, demo quality, and closing ratios

● Work closely with Marketing to maximize lead quality and ROI

● Hire, train, and continuously upgrade high-performing sales talent

● Run daily reviews, call audits, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales outcomes.

● Drive strict CRM discipline, automation, and reporting

● Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence

Required Skills & Experience

● 6-8 years of experience in Inside Sales Leadership

● Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing large teams (50+ members)

● Strong hands-on experience in demo-led / consultative sales

● Deep understanding of inside sales funnels, KPIs, and conversion optimization

● Highly data-driven with strong command over CRM tools and dashboards

● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

● Ability to perform and deliver under high-pressure, target-driven environments

Industry Preference

● EdTech industry experience strongly preferred

● Experience in SaaS / product-based companies is a plus
