Role Overview
Docterz Health Tech is hiring a high-performance Sales Head to aggressively scale our inside
sales operations. This role is for a leader who thrives on targets, conversions, and revenue
ownership, and who can build disciplined, demo-driven sales teams in a fast-growing
environment.
Key Responsibilities
β Take complete ownership of revenue growth and sales performance
β Build, execute, and optimize sales strategies and execution plans
β Who has experience leading and managing 100+ member inside sales teams
across multiple channels
β Drive excellence across the demo-based sales funnel (lead β demo β closure)
β Set aggressive targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
β Create and enforce sales SOPs, scripts, objection-handling, and closing playbooks
β Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, pipelines, and forecasts
β Improve lead utilization, demo quality, and closing ratios
β Work closely with Marketing to maximize lead quality and ROI
β Hire, train, and continuously upgrade high-performing sales talent
β Run daily reviews, call audits, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins
β Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales outcomes.
β Drive strict CRM discipline, automation, and reporting
β Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence
Required Skills & Experience
β 6-8 years of experience in Inside Sales Leadership
β Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing large teams (50+ members)
β Strong hands-on experience in demo-led / consultative sales
β Deep understanding of inside sales funnels, KPIs, and conversion optimization
β Highly data-driven with strong command over CRM tools and dashboards
β Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
β Ability to perform and deliver under high-pressure, target-driven environments
Industry Preference
β EdTech industry experience strongly preferred
β Experience in SaaS / product-based companies is a plus
