Job Description

The Sales Horeca Manager plays a key role in expanding Karofi’s presence within the Horeca channel by developing strong partnerships with hotel, restaurant, and café operators. This position is responsible for driving growth. You will work closely with owners, managers to introduce products, manage trials that maximize sales channel revenue.


Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and build HORECA partnerships.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential HORECA clients, ensuring continuous follow-up and conversion.

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, including owners, F&B managers, and procurement teams.

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through structured channel development and partner engagement.

Track sales pipeline, forecast performance, and ensure timely reporting to management.

Assess customer needs and propose offers, supporting contracts, orders, and after-sales.
