Job Description
This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.
Responsibilities
- Administer and analyze sales incentive compensation plans.
- Calculate and validate sales commissions and bonuses for accuracy.
- Provide reporting and insights on incentive performance and payout trends.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to optimize compensation models.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support plan design changes and assist in compensation strategy reviews.
Job Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles.
