Job Description

This role would be a contract position with possibility of conversion upon management discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and analyze sales incentive compensation plans.
  • Calculate and validate sales commissions and bonuses for accuracy.
  • Provide reporting and insights on incentive performance and payout trends.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to optimize compensation models.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Support plan design changes and assist in compensation strategy reviews.

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles.
