Job Description
The Sales Intelligence Analyst is responsible for understanding the key drivers of customer satisfaction and the impact of processes and people interactions.
This role establishes and maintains a service quality network across channels and segment managers to support training, information sharing, feedback collection, and performance reporting.
The analyst supports management by providing insights to identify, assess, and resolve complex process issues while driving process optimization.

+ Participate in cross-process issues resolutions & development.
+ Daily analysis of the KPIS & implement an efficient information flow between SC, Sales, Marketing, local & regional.
+ Ensures the accuracy & timeliness of the data collection databases & reporting processes to managers, providing systematic method for addressing deficiencies as they are identified.
