Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for soliciting new prospects through cold calling using the customer list and updating internal company sales system activities of customers
• Responsible for maintaining customer accounts
• Responsible for bookkeeping of customer list activities
• Responsible for developing and updating department work manuals
• Responsible for generating Project Information Reports for the Sales Team and Management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Sales Manager (SM)

Job Qualifications:

• Education Required:
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Experience Required:
  • Min 2 years’ relevant in telemarketing work.
