Job Title: Sales Interior Consultant (FEMALES)

A Sales Interior Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the selection of interior design products and solutions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. This role combines interior design knowledge with strong sales skills to help customers achieve their desired aesthetic while meeting company sales goals.


Key Responsibilities




  • Greet clients, assess their needs, and provide personalized interior design recommendations.




  • Present and promote products such as furniture, décor, materials, fixtures, and custom solutions.




  • Create design proposals, mood boards, or layout suggestions to support client decision-making.




  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, materials, pricing, and industry trends.




  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales orders.




  • Collaborate with designers, installers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.




  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.




  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure displays are up to date.




  • Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and excellent service.




  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support professionally.




Skills & Qualifications




  • Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, home furnishings, or a related field.




  • Strong design sense and ability to visualize concepts.




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.




  • Customer-focused mindset with an ability to provide tailored solutions.




  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
