About the Role: Travel Sales Intern
We are seeking a motivated and curious Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This is a hands-on role where you will learn the fundamentals of travel sales, customer engagement, and relationship management. You will be a crucial part of our sales process, supporting the conversion of travel inquiries into booked dreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Assist in responding to customer inquiries, understanding their travel needs, and presenting relevant package options.
- Sales Support: Shadow senior consultants to learn negotiation and sales closing techniques. Help move potential customers through the sales pipeline.
- CRM Management: Log customer interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM (full training provided).
- Client Communication: Provide timely follow-ups and support to prospective clients via call, email, and Whats App.
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or final-year student in any discipline (Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or Business is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency. Familiarity with any CRM is advantageous but not essential.
- A passion for travel and a keen interest in building a career in sales.
