Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Drive B2B sales through partnerships with retailers, distributors, corporates, temples, event companies, and gifting partners.
  • Manage D2C sales channels including website, marketplaces, social commerce, and direct customer outreach.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, resellers, and institutional clients.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline; track leads, conversions, and closures.
  • Work closely with marketing and founders to execute sales campaigns and offers
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk orders.
