Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Support key account managers in handling enterprise client accounts
  • Assist with client onboarding, follow-ups, renewals, and relationship management
  • Participate in client calls, review meetings, and product demonstrations
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Update and maintain client details and interactions in CRM tools
