Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid.

The Sales Junior role starts as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), with the opportunity to progress to an Account Manager (AM) position.

Responsibilities
  • Lead validation and first contact between clients and CUBRO.
  • General support throughout the sales process.
  • Engaging and following up with potential customers.
  • Qualifying commercial opportunities.Contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Qualifications
  • Experience or strong interest in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (knowledge of French, Italian, or German is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
