Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid.
The Sales Junior role starts as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), with the opportunity to progress to an Account Manager (AM) position.
Responsibilities- Lead validation and first contact between clients and CUBRO.
- General support throughout the sales process.
- Engaging and following up with potential customers.
- Qualifying commercial opportunities.Contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
- Experience or strong interest in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (knowledge of French, Italian, or German is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
