The Sales & Lead Generation Manager is responsible for generating and nurturing qualified leads through targeted research, strategic outreach, and strong relationship building for a real-estate–focused video production company. This role directly impacts revenue growth by ensuring a healthy, engaged, and consistently advancing sales pipeline.
The Sales & Lead Generation Manager plays a key role in acquisition strategy. Working closely with the CEO, this position focuses on developing a highly effective lead-generation engine, building meaningful relationships with potential clients, and driving sales conversations forward. The specialist will manage CRM systems, execute outreach strategies, and identify qualified opportunities within the luxury multifamily real estate investment sector.
