Overview

Location: LATAM. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Lead Generation & Outbound Calling Agent to help us identify, contact, and qualify potential clients. This role focuses on outbound calls, follow-ups, and initial qualification to generate high-quality sales opportunities for our sales team. This is a remote position. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys talking to people, is persistent, organized, and comfortable working with targets and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (needs, budget, timeline, decision-maker)
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Follow up via phone, email, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn as needed
  • Accurately log all interactions and updates in the CRM (HubSpot or similar)
