Sales Development Representative Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for scaling outbound prospecting and qualifying leads for our growing field-service business.
- You will execute outbound outreach daily via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
- Qualify inbound/outbound leads by identifying pain points, fit, and urgency.
- Work from provided data and lead lists, and turn them into active outreach sequences.
- Track outreach, calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a structured way using CRM / tracking tools.
- FOLLOW UP persistently across multiple channels to move prospects toward booked meetings.
