Join us on our journey: As our Sales Lead,  you will be the primary contact point for our leads, prospects, and customers in Iberia. You will guide them through the entire commercial onboarding journey — from first conversations and offer structuring to signing and preparing the go-live of their battery projects. You will work hand in hand with our Regional Manager, our Technical Project Manager, and the Commercial Team to build long-term customer relationships that are both impactful and commercially successful.
  • Location: Madrid, Spain

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term

  • Working Mode: Office work setup with expectations to travel (stakeholder meetings in Spain and strategic alignments with our headquarters in Munich)

  • Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish with strong English proficiency
