Are you outgoing, goal-driven, and passionate about helping families say yes to life-saving swim lessons? Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for a Sales Lead to help drive enrollments, support families through the decision-making process, and play a key role in our school's growth.
What You'll Do
- Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments
- Follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours with confidence and care
- Educate families on lesson options, schedules, and promotions
- Support front desk staff with sales training and best practices
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Represent Aqua-Tots with professionalism, warmth, and integrity
