Overview
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-7 years of sales experience, with senior leadership exposure in localization, translation, language services, SaaS, or content services.
- Proven success managing both B2B enterprise sales and high-volume B2C sales.
- Strong experience with global markets and cross-cultural selling.
- Deep understanding of the localization and language services ecosystem
- Strategic sales leadership and revenue ownership
- Contract negotiation and enterprise deal closing
- Digital sales and funnel optimization (B2C)
- CRM, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
