  • 5-7 years of sales experience, with senior leadership exposure in localization, translation, language services, SaaS, or content services.
  • Proven success managing both B2B enterprise sales and high-volume B2C sales.
  • Strong experience with global markets and cross-cultural selling.
  • Deep understanding of the localization and language services ecosystem
  • Strategic sales leadership and revenue ownership
  • Contract negotiation and enterprise deal closing
  • Digital sales and funnel optimization (B2C)
  • CRM, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
