    What will you be doing?

    As our Sales Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the process industry. You’ll:

  • You know how to open doors and build relationships from the ground up, especially within the process industry

  • You will be responsible for your own sales team. You enjoy coaching others, sharing your insights, and helping shape a winning sales approach.

  • Next to your role as a Sales Lead, you will write clear and compelling proposals that connect client needs with the right IT solutions. 

  • You will engage with clients to understand their challenges and needs, both from a business and IT perspective. You’ll be able to translate those insights into tailored solutions using delaware’s full portfolio.

  • You will help shape our go-to-market strategy, thinking about how we can grow smarter and faster. At the same time, you’ll be hands-on in executing that strategy—whether that means making calls, setting up meetings, or following up on leads.
