Overview

Lead store sales efforts to drive top line results and deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury menswear environment. Support execution of company strategy, manage selling costs and digital sales initiatives, and develop a high performing sales team through coaching and performance management.

  • Analyze sales and performance data to maximize opportunities and client acquisition
  • Manage controllable and non controllable store expenses and budget efficiency
  • Champion digital sales tools and achieve digital sales targets

  • Oversee customer experience and nurture relationship based selling culture
