The Role:
The Sales Liaison & Account Manager is the face of TBNZ in the field, building and maintaining strong relationships with adventure tourism operators and accommodation providers across New Zealand. This role combines proactive sales acquisition with ongoing account management, ensuring every customer, whether purchasing a $120 product or a $20,000/month service, receives the same high standard of care. The aim is to grow our client base, retain long-term relationships, and represent our Māori-inspired brand with professionalism and authenticity.
Ideal Profile:
Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years in NZ tourism or related fields
- Strong Queenstown network (e.g., hotels, tours)
- Basic tech skills (training provided)
- Cultural sensitivity, te reo Māori knowledge a plus
