Job Title: Sales & Management Coordination Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Management Coordination Executive to support the senior management and sales function. The role involves extensive coordination, client communication, CRM management, and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations and effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Coordination Support (70%)

• Coordinate with the sales and leadership team for meeting schedules, follow-ups, and action tracking.
  

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for introductions, follow-ups, and meeting confirmations.
  

• Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  

• Maintain and update CRM data including leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and status tracking.
  

• Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and basic reports as required.
  

Management & Administrative Support (30%)

• Act as a coordination point between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  

• Assist senior management with calendar management, documentation, and coordination tasks.
  

• Maintain structured records, trackers, and MIS reports.
  

• Ensure timely communication flow between departments and stakeholders.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM exposure preferred.
  

• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
  

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
  

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, executive assistance, or similar roles.
  

• Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, consulting, or professional services is an advantage.
  

• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.
