Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Partner Management

  • Identify, recruit and on board new channel partners within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute business plans with partners to meet sales goals.
  • Evaluate partner performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts and pricing concerns promptly.


2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales plans.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work with partners to create sales proposals, quotations and pricing strategies.


3. HNI & Super HNI Client Management

  • Engage with HNI and Super HNI clients daily to understand their requirements and close deals.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings to build strong relationships.
  • Respond to client feedback and resolve concerns in a positive and professional manner.


4. Internal Coordination & MIS Reporting

  • Coordinate with the Customer Experience department to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Submit accurate and timely MIS reports to management for performance tracking.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities, including campaigns and promotional events.


5. Training & Development

  • Educate partners about the product portfolio and complimentary services.
  • Support the manager in recruiting, training and developing business plans for the team and adherence to sales SOPs.
