Job Title: Sales Manager – Housing Loan (Affordable Segment)

Location: Ahmedabad, Kalol, Kadi

Company: STAFFIAA Services

CTC: 6 – 8 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years


Key Responsibilities:




  • Source Housing Loan (Affordable Segment) business through DSA channels.




  • Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners.




  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.




  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.




  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.




  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.




  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates.




Candidate Requirements:




  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Housing Loan or Affordable Housing Loan sales.




  • Proven track record in DSA sourcing.




  • Strong market knowledge of Ahmedabad, Kalol, and Kadi areas.




  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.




  • Graduation is mandatory.
