We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have proven sales and management experience, preferably in the retail sector. The successful individual will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategies to increase sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success driving sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the local market
- Fluency in English is preferred (Arabic is an advantage)
