Lead AWS deals across ANZ and the Philippines. Co-sell directly with AWS on strategic accounts. Own and grow a $3M+ regional pipeline.

Cloud Bridge is an AWS Premier Partner working directly with AWS sellers across ANZ.
We help customers migrate, modernise, and scale on AWS.

The role

You lead a small, focused AWS sales team and stay hands-on in deals.

• Lead 3 Account Executives across Sydney and the Philippines
• Own regional pipeline, forecast, and deal strategy
• Co-sell with AWS sellers on priority customer opportunities
• Close complex AWS migration and modernisation deals
• Set sales rhythm, deal reviews, and execution standards
• Work closely with delivery and AWS to win and expand accounts 

What success looks like

• Build a repeatable ANZ GTM motion within 6 months
• Own and grow a $3M+ qualified pipeline
• Develop a team that consistently hits quota

What you bring

• 2+ years leading quota-carrying tech sales teams
• Experience selling AWS or enterprise cloud solutions
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Comfortable working directly with hyperscaler partners

Location and package

• Sydney-based hybrid role with regular AWS and customer meetings
• Competitive base plus commission aligned to ANZ market
• AWS certifications funded
