📌 Position: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Branch Head – Project Automation
📍 Location: Vadodara (Responsible for Gujarat Region)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma
Experience: 7–10 years in Process Instrument Sales or Process Automation Sales
Salary: As per last hike
Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and develop new clients, ensuring maximum business potential in the assigned region.
✅ Promote and present automation solutions including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
✅ Conduct cold calls and generate qualified leads to expand the customer base.
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
✅ Lead negotiations, order closures, and ensure payment follow-ups.
✅ Responsible for overall sales and marketing activities in the Gujarat region.
Skills & Competencies
🔹 Strong technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and networking
🔹 Familiarity with field instruments (TT, LT, FT, PT, etc.)
🔹 Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
🔹 Exposure to Rockwell systems will be an added advantage
🔹 Experience in handling clients in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, and Packaging domains preferred
